Museum of Glass
'Kids Design Glass' invites visitors
aged 12 and under, and children at Mary Bridge
Children's Hospital, the chance to stretch their
imagination and create an original drawing of a
design they would like to see made into glass.
Each month, one or two entries are selected to
be interpreted into glass by the Hot Shop Team.
Two vessels are created--one for the designer
and one for the Museum's collection. A selection
of these whimsical designs and the resulting
fantastical creatures, each with its own unique
story, is on display in the Studio.
